What Is Hop Water?

Carbonated water infused with hops, the same flower that flavours beer, with no alcohol, sugar or fermentation involved.

How the ingredient we know best from brewing beer becomes a sparkling drink on its own terms.

Bubbles alone are a texture, not a flavour. Hop water starts with character already built in.
