What Is Hop Water?
A short answer to a question Indian drinkers are about to start asking.
Hop water is carbonated water infused with hops — the same flower that gives beer its aroma and bitterness — with no alcohol, no sugar and no fermentation involved.
Where it comes from
Hops have flavoured beer for centuries: floral, citrus, resinous, depending on the variety. Brewers have always known hops taste good long before they are fermented into anything. Hop water simply stops there — infusion, not brewing.
What it isn't
