What are hops?
Hops are the flower that gives beer its aroma and its clean, bitter edge. We use them for the same reason — for fragrance and a dry, lightly bitter finish — without brewing beer.
What is Hop Water?
A clean sparkling beverage with a crisp, dry, refreshing finish. Hops, water and carbonation — nothing else. No alcohol, no sugar, no added flavour or colour.
How is it different?
Unlike beer, there is no malt and no alcohol. Unlike plain sparkling water, the hops give it aroma and a dry, lightly bitter taste.
