Hops, Without the Beer
The ingredient we know best, used a different way.
At Caldera, hops are not a new ingredient to us — they're the one we've worked with the longest, through years of brewing craft beer.
Bittering and aroma
Brewers use hops two ways: early in the boil for bitterness, late for aroma. The same flower can taste sharp and resinous, or soft and citrus, depending on the variety and when it's added. That range is what gives Sparkling Hop Water its character — dry, a little bitter, never sweet.
No fermentation, no alcohol
Hop water keeps the infusion and leaves out the brewing. There's no malt, no yeast, nothing fermented — just hops, water and carbonation. It is a different drink from our beer, built with the same instinct for what tastes right.
A craft brand's other drink
Caldera started as a craft beer brand, and beer is still at the heart of what we do. Hop Water sits alongside it, not above or below it — a separate drink for a separate moment.
