These are the terms on which we sell Caldera Sparkling Hop Water through this website. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
This website, caldera.rocks, is owned and operated by Karnani FnB Specialities LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its place of business at Haute Street Corp Park, 86A Topsia Road (South), Kolkata – 700046, West Bengal, India. Caldera Sparkling Hop Water is manufactured and packed by us under FSSAI Licence No. 12819019001451.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Caldera” mean Karnani FnB Specialities LLP. “You” means the person using this website or placing an order on it.
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You agree not to use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract its content by automated means for commercial use, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. It is not a concluded contract until we accept it. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods, and we will confirm dispatch by email.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where:
If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full. Nothing is charged for an order we do not accept.
We sell in packs, not single bottles. 330 ml glass is heavy and fragile, and a single bottle cannot be shipped safely or economically.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. A tax invoice is issued by email once payment is confirmed. If you are buying for a registered business, enter your GSTIN at checkout so it appears on the invoice; we cannot add it afterwards.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown to you before you pay, never after. The total you see at checkout is the total you are charged.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payments on this site are processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India. When you pay, you are handed to Razorpay’s secure environment.
We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any other payment credential. Those are handled entirely by the gateway and its partner banks. What we receive back is a confirmation that payment succeeded or failed, and a reference number.
If a payment is debited but your order does not appear, do not pay again. Write to cal@caldera.rocks with the debit reference and we will trace it. Bank-side reversals of failed transactions typically complete within 5–7 working days.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
Your right to cancel an order, return a pack, and claim a replacement or refund for damage is set out in full in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Caldera Sparkling Hop Water is a non-alcoholic carbonated beverage. It is not brewed and not fermented: hops are infused into carbonated water, so no alcohol is produced. It is 0.0% ABV, with no sugar, no added flavour and no added colour.
Store cool and out of direct sunlight, and refrigerate before serving. The best-before date is printed on every bottle. Please read the pack for the current ingredient and allergen declaration before consuming.
Nothing on this website is medical or nutritional advice. Product photography is indicative; packaging and labelling may be updated from time to time.
The Caldera name and logo, the Sparkling Hop Water lockup, CAL, the photography, the written content and the design of this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
You may share links to this site freely.
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, or other applicable Indian law.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil unrest, transport disruption, regulatory action, or failure of utilities or communications networks.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
If something has gone wrong, write to us first — most things are settled the same day.
