Sparkling Water, Reconsidered
Plain fizz is still just water. Hop water gives it somewhere to go.
Sparkling water solved one problem: something to drink that isn't flat, sweet or alcoholic. It never quite solved the next one — plain fizz gets boring fast.
Carbonation needs a character
Bubbles alone are a texture, not a flavour. That's why sparkling water is so often dressed up with a wedge of lime or a splash of cordial. Hop water starts with character already built in — dry, faintly bitter, aromatic, from the hops themselves.
Not a flavoured water
There's a difference between adding flavour and extracting it. Flavoured waters add fruit extracts or sweeteners to plain carbonation. Hop water infuses real hops during production — nothing added afterward to make up for a blank base.
Served simply
Cold, in a proper glass, is all it needs. The flavour is already there.
